Job Profile

An operations assistant reports to the Senior HR Executive and works toward ensuring a smooth business environment with the focus of optimal projects performance. This position requires the identification of operational risks and opportunity and providing solutions for the same together with the help of relevant
clients

Job Requirement


•    People oriented and results driven strategy and leadership skills.
•    Dynamic & energetic with a positive attitude and a strong desire to grow.
•    Excellent verbal and written communications skills in both Sinhala and English.
•    Exposure to ISO quality standards will be added advantage.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
•    Age range 25 – 35 years 


Job Responsibilities

•    Work closely with the Senior HR Executive to oversee daily business operations.
•    Responsible for enforcing company policies and procedures within the office
•    Proactively recommend improvements to increase project performance
•    Liaise with different departments to improve performance and work efficiency
•    Monitor sales orders and supplier relations
•    Compile projects reports and distribute them to relevant departments
•    Attending to any correspondence and emails by customers, clients and contractors
•    Keep updated on industry trends and consumer market
